Zapier lets you send new Tinylawn leads into the tools you already use — like Jobber, ServiceTitan, Google Sheets, Slack, or your CRM — without copying and pasting.
What the integration does
Tinylawn's Zapier app includes a New Lead trigger. When a lead is created from a call or form, Zapier can pass that lead data into the next step of your Zap.
Tinylawn still captures the lead. Your field service or CRM tools still run the job — Zapier just connects the two.
Step 1: Create an API key in Tinylawn
1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Create an API key (admins only).
3. Copy the key and store it somewhere safe — you may only see the full key once.
If you ever need to rotate access, regenerate or revoke the key from the same page. Regenerating breaks existing Zapier connections until you update them with the new key.
Step 2: Connect Tinylawn in Zapier
1. Open Zapier and create a new Zap.
2. Choose Tinylawn as the trigger app.
3. Select the New Lead trigger.
4. Connect your Tinylawn account using the API key from Settings > Integrations.
5. Test the trigger, then add the action app where you want leads to go.
What lead data is available
Typical fields include:
- Lead — ID, status, source, created/updated time, and a link back to Tinylawn
- Customer — Name, email, and phone number
- Property — Street address, city, state, postal code, and formatted address
- Request — Service needs, desired date/time, and preferred timeframe
- Services — Service details and price when available
Tips
- Start with one simple Zap (for example, New Lead → Google Sheet row) to confirm the connection.
- Keep Tinylawn as the source of truth for call recordings, transcripts, and property context.
- Only share API keys with trusted teammates — anyone with the key can connect your account in Zapier.
