Managing Your Subscription

View your current plan, monitor call usage, upgrade or downgrade, switch billing cycles, and manage payments through the Stripe portal.

You can view your current plan, monitor usage, and make changes to your subscription from the Billing page.

Viewing your subscription

Go to Settings > Billing to see:

- Current plan — Which plan you're on (Pro, Growth, or Scale).

- Billing cycle — Monthly or annual.

- Included calls — How many billable calls are included in your plan this period.

- Usage this period — How many billable calls you've used so far.

- Overage — Any calls beyond your included amount, and the cost.

Upgrading or downgrading your plan

1. Go to Settings > Billing.

2. Review the available plans.

3. Select the plan you want to switch to.

4. Confirm the change.

Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade, you'll get access to the higher allowance right away.

Switching between monthly and annual billing

You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the Billing page. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months per year.

Managing payment methods

Click through to the Stripe customer portal from the Billing page to:

- Update your credit card or payment method

- View past invoices and receipts

- Download invoices for your records

Trial expiration

Your free trial includes 10 calls or 14 days, whichever comes first. When the trial ends:

- Your AI receptionist will be paused — incoming calls won't be answered until you subscribe.

- Your existing data (leads, calls, settings) is preserved and waiting for you.

- You'll see a prompt to choose a plan and subscribe.

Subscribe to any plan to reactivate your receptionist immediately.

Tips

- Monitor your usage on the Billing page to see if you're consistently going over your included calls — it might be time to upgrade to the next tier.

- Annual billing is a significant savings if you're committed to using Tinylawn long-term.

- Spam calls and empty hangups that aren't billable are never counted toward your usage, so you won't pay for unwanted calls.
