If you need to close your Tinylawn account, you can do so from the Settings page. Please read this article carefully before proceeding — account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
1. Go to Settings > Danger Zone.
2. Click Delete Account.
3. Read the confirmation dialog carefully.
4. Confirm the deletion.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:
- Phone number — Your Tinylawn phone number is released and will no longer receive calls.
- Stripe subscription — Your subscription is cancelled and any associated billing data is removed.
- All data — Leads, calls, clients, properties, forms, services, settings, and all other account data are permanently deleted.
- Organization — Your organization record is removed.
What you should do first
Before deleting your account:
- Notify your customers — If you've been sharing your Tinylawn phone number, let customers know it will no longer be active.
Important notes
- Account deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period or undo option.
- If you just want to pause your service temporarily, consider not subscribing after your trial instead — your data will be preserved and you can reactivate later by subscribing to a plan.
