Getting Started

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. Your free trial includes free calls over 14 days with no credit card required. You'll only need to add payment information when you're ready to subscribe to a plan.

Can I change my phone number after signing up?

Your phone number is assigned during onboarding. If you need a different number, contact our support team and we'll help you get set up with a new one.

What industries does Tinylawn support?

Tinylawn is built for home service businesses including landscape maintenance, landscape design and build, tree care, snow and ice removal, irrigation, pest control, pressure washing, and cleaning. The platform adapts your default services and pricing based on your industry.




AI Receptionist

Is the receptionist available 24/7?

Yes. Your AI receptionist answers calls around the clock, including nights, weekends, and holidays. It uses your configured business hours to determine when to offer appointment slots, but it always picks up the phone.

Can the AI handle multiple calls at the same time?

Yes. Unlike a human receptionist, the AI can handle multiple simultaneous calls without putting anyone on hold.

What happens if the AI can't understand a caller?

If the AI can't gather enough information to create a lead (e.g., unclear address or service needs), the call is tagged as "Needs Follow Up" so you can reach out personally. You'll still get a full transcript and recording of the call.

Do spam calls count toward my usage?

No. Calls identified as spam are not counted toward your monthly call allowance or trial limit.

Can I listen to call recordings?

Yes. Every call includes a full audio recording and written transcript. Go to the Calls page and click on any call to listen and read the details.


Leads & Appointments

How does the AI know my availability?

The receptionist checks your business hours, existing appointments, and your earliest availability setting in real time. Keep these settings up to date for accurate scheduling.

Can customers reschedule or cancel by phone?

Yes. If a customer calls back, the AI looks up their most recent appointment by phone number and can reschedule or cancel it during the call.

What is property enrichment?

When a lead is created, Tinylawn automatically pulls public property data including lot size, building square footage, property type, and satellite imagery. This helps you prepare accurate quotes without visiting the property first.

Why did a lead get tagged as "Needs Follow Up"?

This means the AI gathered some information but not enough to create a complete lead — usually a missing or unclear address. Review the call transcript and reach out to the customer directly.


Forms

Can I create multiple forms?

Yes. Create as many forms as you need — different forms for different services, marketing campaigns, or seasons. Each form has its own URL and tracks views, submissions, and conversion rates independently.

What can I use forms for?

You can use a form's URL or QR code to add to your business cards, uniforms, fleet vehicles, marketing flyers, posters, etc. Any submission to a form will be captured as a lead.

What formats are available for QR codes?

You can download QR codes in PNG, JPEG, or SVG format. Use SVG for large-format printing (banners, vehicle wraps) and PNG or JPEG for everything else.


Billing

When does my free trial end?

Your trial ends when you hit 5 calls or 7 days, whichever comes first. Spam calls don't count.

What happens when I go over my included calls?

Additional calls are billed at your plan's overage rate depending on your plan. Overage is calculated and charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing whenever you need to. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Settings > Billing and click through to the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your card, view invoices, and manage your payment details.


Account & Settings

How do I change my business hours?

Go to Settings > Scheduling and set your open/close times for each day of the week. Changes take effect immediately.

Can I add team members to my account?

Tinylawn accounts are organized by business. Under Manage Organization > Members you can invite team members by email.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Danger Zone and click Delete Account. This permanently removes all data, releases your phone number, and cancels your subscription. This action cannot be undone.
