Every time a customer calls to request a quote or book an appointment — or submits one of your online forms — Tinylawn creates a lead. Leads are the central way you track potential jobs from first contact to completion.
Where leads come from
Leads are created from:
- Phone calls — When the AI receptionist captures a Quote Request or Appointment Request, it extracts the caller's details and creates a lead automatically.
- Online forms — When a customer submits one of your booking or quote request forms, a lead is created from the form data.
- Call recovery — If a caller hangs up early and later submits your default form from a recovery text, that submission also becomes a lead.
Each lead shows its source so you always know how the customer reached you.

Tips
- Check the Leads page daily to stay on top of new opportunities.
- Calls tagged Prospect Follow Up, Client Follow Up, Message Taken, or Needs Follow Up may not have a full lead yet — follow up with those callers manually.
- Property data and the Virtual Site Report appear after enrichment finishes, so check back if they're not available right away.
- If an address looks wrong, correct it from the lead or property page so enrichment and reports stay accurate.
