Service and FAQ Suggestions

Tinylawn suggests new or reactivated services and FAQs from real caller patterns. Review evidence, accept what fits, or dismiss what doesn't.

Tinylawn reviews your calls for patterns and suggests updates to your service catalog and FAQs. You stay in control — nothing is added until you review and accept a suggestion.

How suggestions work

After calls come in, Tinylawn looks for:

- Services callers asked for that aren't in your active catalog (or that you previously deactivated)

- Questions callers asked that your FAQs don't already cover well

When enough similar requests show up across calls, Tinylawn creates a suggestion you can review. Each suggestion can include example quotes from real calls so you can see why it was recommended.

Service suggestions

You'll see these on Catalog > Services under a section like Caller requests.

Suggestions may ask you to:

- Add a new service — for something callers keep requesting that isn't in your catalog

- Reactivate a service — for something you already have but turned off, that callers are asking about again

What you can do

- Review — Opens the add or edit service flow with the suggested name filled in

- See evidence — View example call quotes behind the suggestion

- Dismiss — Remove one suggestion you don't want

- Dismiss all — Clear every pending service suggestion

FAQ suggestions

You'll see these on Settings > Receptionist > FAQ under a section like Questions callers asked.

Each suggestion includes a proposed question and a draft answer you can edit before saving.

What you can do

- Review — Fills in the new FAQ form with the suggested question and draft answer

- Edit, then save — Adjust the wording so it matches how you want the AI to speak

- See evidence — View example call quotes behind the suggestion

- Dismiss — Remove one suggestion you don't want

- Dismiss all — Clear every pending FAQ suggestion

If you're already at your FAQ limit (20), remove an existing FAQ before adding a new suggested one.

How you'll be notified

When new suggestions are ready, Tinylawn can notify you in the app (and related alerts) so you know there's something to review. Suggestions also appear the next time you open Services or FAQs.

Important

- Suggestions are recommendations only — Tinylawn does not automatically change your catalog or FAQs.

- Always edit draft answers and service details before saving so they match your pricing and policies.

- Dismissing a suggestion just clears it from your review list.

Tips

- Review suggestions weekly so your receptionist keeps up with what callers actually ask.

- For services with variable pricing, turn on "Starting at" or hide the price after you accept the suggestion.

- Keep FAQ answers short and conversational — the AI reads them aloud on calls.
