The Calendar page gives you a visual overview of upcoming appointment requests so you can plan your schedule at a glance.
Viewing your calendar
Go to the Calendar page to see your appointments. Use the available views (such as day, week, month, or schedule) to focus on the timeframe you need.
Navigating the calendar
- Use the arrow buttons or date controls to move between days, weeks, or months.
- Click on any appointment to open its lead details with client info, property address, and service details.
What appears on the calendar
The calendar shows leads that have a desired service date and time set. These come from:
- Appointment requests captured by the AI receptionist during phone calls.
- Online form submissions where the customer selected a preferred date.
Leads are color-coded by their status so you can quickly tell which appointments are confirmed and which are still new. Remember: Tinylawn captures the requested time — your team confirms the final schedule by updating the lead status.
Tips
- Use the calendar alongside the Leads page for a complete picture — the calendar focuses on scheduled dates, while the Leads page shows all leads regardless of timing.
- If a lead shows "Flexible" for service time, it won't appear on the calendar until a specific date is set.
- Appointment requests already account for your business hours, appointment windows, and date overrides, so customers aren't offered unavailable times.
