Viewing your calendar
Go to the Calendar page to see a monthly view of your appointments. Each day that has a scheduled lead shows a visual indicator.
Navigating the calendar
- Use the arrow buttons to move between months.
- Click on any date to see the leads scheduled for that day.
- Click on a lead to open its full detail sheet with client info, property address, and service details.

What appears on the calendar
The calendar shows leads that have a desired service date and time set. These come from:
- Appointments booked by the AI receptionist during phone calls.
- Online form submissions where the customer selected a preferred date.
Leads are color-coded by their status so you can quickly tell which appointments are confirmed and which are still new.
Tips
- Use the calendar alongside the Leads page for a complete picture β the calendar focuses on scheduled dates, while the Leads page shows all leads regardless of timing.
- If a lead shows "Flexible" for service time, it won't appear on the calendar until a specific date is set.
- Appointments booked by the AI receptionist already account for your business hours and existing bookings, so you won't see double-bookings.
