Getting a Daily Digest Email

Turn on a daily digest email that summarizes yesterday's calls and web leads around 7 a.m. local time. Separate from instant call notifications.

The daily digest is a morning email that summarizes yesterday's activity so you can catch up without reading every real-time notification.

What the digest includes

Around 7:00 a.m. in your business timezone, Tinylawn can email a summary of:

- Yesterday's calls

- Web form leads

- Items that need attention first

How to turn it on

1. Go to Settings > Digests.

2. Turn the daily digest on.

3. Add the email addresses that should receive it.

4. Save your changes.

How it differs from call notifications

Instant notifications (email, SMS, and push) fire right after a call or form submission. The daily digest is a separate morning summary.

Many teams use both: real-time alerts for urgent opportunities, and the digest for a calm morning review.

Tips

- Add yourself first, then include office managers or partners who need the overview.

- If you feel overwhelmed by SMS alerts, keep notifications focused on actionable call types and rely on the digest for the full picture.

- Make sure your business timezone is correct so the digest arrives at the right local morning.
