A Virtual Site Report gives you property context before you drive out — so you can quote smarter and show up prepared.
What it is
When Tinylawn has a valid service address, it can enrich the property with public data and generate a Virtual Site Report. The report typically includes:
- An overview of the property
- Observations based on available property and imagery data
- Possible challenges that could affect the job
- Recommended services that fit what was observed
Section labels adapt to your industry — for example, pest control reports emphasize different observations than lawn care.
Where to find it
Open a lead or property with a valid address. After enrichment finishes, the Virtual Site Report appears in the detail view along with maps, parcel info, and property images.
When it appears
Reports are generated after a lead or property is created with a usable address. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, enrichment may be delayed until the address is fixed.
What it is (and isn't)
Virtual Site Reports use public property data and available imagery. They help you prepare — they are not a substitute for an on-site visit when you need to confirm conditions in person.
Tips
- Check back a few minutes after a new lead arrives if the report isn't ready yet.
- Correct a wrong address so enrichment and the report refresh against the right property.
- Use the report together with customer photos (when available) for the fullest picture before you quote.
