Once you've created a form, there are several ways to get it in front of customers. Tinylawn makes it easy to share forms via links and QR codes.
Sharing a form link
1. Go to the Forms page.
2. Find the form you want to share.
3. Click Copy Link — the URL is copied to your clipboard.
Your form URLs follow this format:
https://tnyln.co/your-business/form-slug
Where to share form links
- Your website — Add a "Request a Quote" or "Book Now" button that links to your form.
- Social media — Share the link in your Instagram bio, Facebook page, or posts.
- Google Business Profile — Add the link to your business listing.
- Email signatures — Include a booking link in every email you send.
- Text messages — Send the link directly to customers who inquire via text.
Generating QR codes
QR codes are perfect for printed materials. Customers scan the code with their phone camera and go straight to your form.
1. Go to the Forms page.
2. Click the QR Code button next to the form.
3. Choose your format:
- PNG — Best for most uses (flyers, business cards, social posts).
- JPEG — Smaller file size, works well for email and web.
- SVG — Vector format, ideal for large prints (banners, vehicle wraps) since it scales without losing quality.
4. Download the file.
Where to use QR codes
- Door hangers — Leave a QR code after completing a job in a neighborhood.
- Business cards — Add a small QR code that links to your booking form.
- Flyers and mailers — Include a QR code alongside your seasonal promotions.
- Vehicle wraps — Print a large QR code on your truck or trailer.
- Yard signs — Let passersby scan and request a quote on the spot.
Tips
- Use different forms for different marketing channels so you can track which source drives the most leads.
- Test your QR code after downloading — scan it with your phone to make sure it opens the right form.
- Keep the form URL slug short and memorable in case customers need to type it manually.
