Connect Tinylawn to bring recent call details and saved summaries from one organization into ChatGPT or Claude. Use that context to understand customer needs, prioritize follow-up, and work alongside email, calendar, task, and other tools you enable.
How it fits
Tinylawn supplies the call context. If ChatGPT or Claude drafts an email, checks a calendar, or creates a task, that action runs through the separate tool you connected and that tool’s permissions. The Tinylawn connection itself does not change your calls.

For reliable results, ask for a specific number of recent calls. Ask for the next page to continue. Tinylawn returns calls newest first and does not provide direct date, caller-name, text-search, or status filters.
Each result can include the call time, duration, category, saved summary, unread and archived state, and a link back to Tinylawn. Recordings and transcripts are not included. Reviewing calls does not mark them read or change their archived state.
Set up the Tinylawn Plugin in ChatGPT
Use ChatGPT developer mode to add Tinylawn as a custom Plugin:
Open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode, if your account or workspace permits it.
Open Plugins, select the plus button, and name the connection Tinylawn.
Under Connection, enter https://app.gettinylawn.com/mcp, then create the connection.
Sign in to Tinylawn, choose the organization you want to connect, review the permission to read calls, and select Allow.
Start a new chat, add Tinylawn from the tools menu, and ask for your recent calls.
Developer mode availability depends on your ChatGPT account and workspace policy. See OpenAI’s current Plugin connection guide if the labels in your account differ.
Add Tinylawn as a Claude connector
On a Free, Pro, or Max account, add the connector yourself:
Open Customize → Connectors in Claude.
Select + → Add custom connector. Name it Tinylawn and enter https://app.gettinylawn.com/mcp.
Add the connector, select Connect, and sign in to Tinylawn. Leave optional advanced client credentials blank.
Choose the Tinylawn organization you want to connect, review the permission to read calls, and select Allow.
In a conversation, use + → Connectors to enable Tinylawn.
On Team or Enterprise, an Owner or Primary Owner must first open Organization settings → Connectors, choose Add → Custom → Web, and enter the same endpoint. Members can then open Customize → Connectors, select Tinylawn, and connect their own accounts. See Claude’s current custom connector guide for current account and workspace requirements.
You do not need a Zapier API key. Never paste passwords, API keys, or access tokens into a chat.
Privacy and control
Only the Tinylawn organization you authorize is connected. When you request calls, their metadata and saved summaries are shared with ChatGPT or Claude. Summaries may include personal information supplied by callers.
If you ask the assistant to use that information with another tool, it may also be shared with that tool under its permissions and privacy terms. Review your assistant’s data settings and enabled tools before connecting.
To end access, remove Tinylawn in your assistant and revoke its authorization in Tinylawn Settings → Integrations → MCP. Information already returned to a chat remains subject to that assistant’s retention policies.

Troubleshooting
No Plugin or connector option: Check your assistant account and workspace permissions.
Sign-in does not open: Allow browser pop-ups, then restart the connection.
Access is denied: Confirm that you belong to the Tinylawn organization you selected.
Wrong calls or an empty list: Check which Tinylawn organization you authorized.
Missing summary: The call has no saved summary; the assistant should not invent one.
Connection fails: Confirm the connection address ends with /mcp. Contact support with the assistant name and error message, without including tokens or caller information.
